Summary
A proposed Modification to the BSC that would prevent the occurrence of price spikes when option fees paid by NGC for provision of reserve (and other balancing contracts) are included in the numerator of the energy imbalance price calculations, but there is a very small volume of accepted offers (or bids) in such periods.
