Summary
This Modification suggests that there are certain circumstances which could leave a Party exposed to the Energy Imbalance Prices without any way of altering their position. Under such circumstances it is proposed that the effect of such Volume Notifications for Settlement Periods for which Gate Closure has not yet occurred should be nullified on request from one of the two Parties.
