Summary
P116 proposes to remove a restriction in Section S of the Code in order to allow Line Loss Factor (LLF) data from the BSC Website to be used by Half Hourly Data Aggregators (HHDAs). The Proposed Modification also seeks to amend BSCP528 to remove the obligation on Distribution System Operators (DSOs) to publish LLF via a D0265 data flow.
