Summary
P128 proposes to amend the Code to enable specifically-defined past errors in Energy Contract Volume Notifications (ECVNs) to be remedied on an ex-post basis in limited circumstances. P128 is intended to be retrospective and effective from the close of the P37 claims window, in order to provide new entrants with similar provisions to rectify notification errors as those for existing entrants under P37.

The BSC Panel recommended that the Proposed Modification should not be made. The Authority rejected the Proposed Modification on 1 September 2003.
