Summary

This proposal seeks to amend the existing Code provisions such that, where a Modification proposal is raised by the Panel on the recommendation of BSSCo or the TDC as described in F2.1.1(d), the Panel may submit the proposal directly to Definition, Assessment or Report at the same meeting at which the Panel agrees to raise the Mod. In practice, this will mean that the IWA is presented at the same time as BSCCo’s/the TDC’s recommendation to raise the proposal – either as part of the recommendation paper itself, or as a separate attachment.
