Modification Proposal P232 seeks to improve transparency regarding the compensation arrangements pursuant to a Black Start or Fuel Security Code (FSC) period. The BSC provides high level details of the compensation arrangements associated with a Black Start or FSC period, however, certain areas require further clarification. P232 aims to address these areas by recommending more detailed processes and procedures

The Authority approved the Proposed Modification on 25 June 2009. P232 was implemented on 05 November 2009 as part of the November Release.
