Summary
P254 seeks to remove the Main and SVA Specified Charge amounts and rates from Section D Annex D-3 of the BSC, replacing them with a requirement for BSCCo to publish the current charge amounts/rates on the BSC Website.
Progression
The BSC Panel raised P254 on 11 March 2010. The BSC Panel recommended that the Proposed Modification should be made, with an Implementation Date of 5 working days after an Authority decision is received. On 18 May the Authority approved P254 and it was implemented on 25 May 2010.
