Summary
P258 intends to include Party Agents into the Trading Disputes process by providing them with a mechanism to escalate error reporting. P258 will place an obligation for BSC Parties to instruct their Party Agents to additionally inform BSCCo of any significant errors in the final reconciliation run data which has not been reported or rectified.
Progression
At its meeting on 8 July, the BSC Panel provisionally agreed that P258 should not be made.On 20 September the Authority rejected P258. The Authority’s letter setting out its views is published in the table below.
