Summary

P301 proposes minor amendments to the BSC to reflect that in the Transmission Licence the National Consumer Council has been abolished and its responsibilities have been transferred to Citizens Advice and Citizens Advice Scotland.

Progression

P301 was raised by National Grid on 24 April 2014. The BSC Panel considered the Intial Written Assessment at its meeting on 8 May 2014. The Panel agreed that P301 met the Fast Track Self-Governance Criteria and that it should be implemented.

BSC Parties had 15 Working Days from 9 May 2014, until 5pm on Monday 2 June 2014, to object to the Panel’s decision to treat P301 as a Fast Track Self-Governance Modification. No objections were raised, therefore P301 was implemented 1 Working Day after the objection window closed, in accordance with the Panel’s determination.
