Summary
This Modification proposes minor changes to BSC Section V to correct a discrepancy between the P295 Legal text that will be implemented on 16 December 2014 and the EMR legal text changes directed and implemented on 1 August 2014.
Progression
Elexon requested that the Panel raise this Modification as its meeting on 14 August 2014.
The Panel agreed that this Modification should be raised as P313 and approved it as a Fast Track Self-Governance Modification. The industry have the opportunity to object to the implementation of this Modification. The objection window for P313 will close on Friday 5 September 2014. P311 was implemented on 16 December 2014.
