Summary

ENGIE raised P333 on 28 January 2016. P333 contends that not including DSBR volumes in cashout until the II Settlement Run, five days after the relevant Settlement Day, could result in misleading signals to market participants. P333 would require the Transmission Company to provide its best estimate of DSBR volumes as part of its initial submission of Balancing Services Adjustment Data.
