Summary
P335 seeks to facilitate the submission of non-BM STOR costs and volumes such that they can be included in the indicative cashout price. It aims to improve the incentivising signals provided by cashout and facilitate optimal trading decisions by participants.
Progression
ENGIE raised P335 on 19 February 2016. The Initial Written Assessment (IWA) will be presented to the Panel on 10 March 2016, where the Panel will agree how to progress the Modification.
The Initial Written Assessment (IWA) was presented to the Panel on 10 March 2016. The Panel agreed to submit P335 to an Assessment Procedure with the Assessment Report due to be presented by 11 August 2016.
The Assessment Procedure Consultation was issued on 6 June 2016, with responses due back on 24 June 2016.

The Final Modification Report was issued to the Authority for consideration on 12 August 2016. P335 was approved by the Authority on 19 September 2016.
This modification is proposed for a November 2017 implementation.
