Summary
P339 seeks to introduce new Consumption Component Classes (CCCs) for Measurement Classes “E”, “F” and “G” to enable aggregated consumption volumes for both Active Import (AI) and Active Export (AE) to be identified separately.
Progression
P339 was raised by OVO Energy on 4 May 2016. The Initial Written Assessment (IWA) was presented to the Panel on 9 June 2016. The Panel agreed to progress the P339 to the Assessment Procedure phase.
The first Workgroup meeting was held on 11 July 2016. The Impact Assessment for P339 was issued on 29 July 2016 with a closing date on 19 August 2016.
The second Workgroup meeting took place on 24 August 2016. The Workgroup agreed the content for the Assessment Procedure Consultation which was issued on 21 September 2016 and closed on 12 October 2016.
The third Workgroup meeting took place on 19 October 2016. The Assessment Report was presented to the BSC Panel on 10 November 2016.
The Report Phase Consultation was issued on 11 November 2016 with responses due by 28 November 2016.
The Draft Modification Report was presented to the Panel on 8 December 2016. The Panel approved P339 for implementation on 1 April 2017.
The Self-Governance Appeal Window has now closed on 3 January 2017 and as no objections were recieved. P339 was implemented on the 1 April 2017.
Please note that following approval of P339 and the corresponding redlining, an error was identified in the redlined text for BSCP536. CP1481 has been raised as a Housekeeping Change to rectify the error.
