Summary
The Proposed Modification would introduce a new deadline for the purpose of submitting Energy Contract Volume Notification (ECVNs) and Metered Volume Reallocation Notifications (MVRNs) for each Settlement Period. This new contract notification deadline would be decoupled from Gate Closure, and, following Authority approval, will be set at the start of the relevant Settlement Period.

P342 was raised by EDF Energy on 25 May 2016.
The third Workgroup meeting was held on 11 October 2016. The Assessment Report was presented to the Panel at its meeting on 10 November 2016. The Draft Modification Report was presented to the Panel at its meeting on 8 December 2016. The Authority approved P342 Alternative Modification on 1 February 2017.
P342 was implemented on 2 November 2017 as part of the November 2017 BSC Release.
