P425 ‘Single Supplier Shared SVA Meter Arrangements’

P425 was implemented on 5 October 2022. 

P425 was approved by the Authority on 28 September 2022 for implementation on 5 October 2022. 

P425 was submitted to the Authority for decision on 17 August 2022 with a recommendation to approve. 

The P425 Report Phase Consultation was issued on 18 July 2022, with responses invited by 29 July 2022. Three responses were received in support of the Modification. 

The Draft Modification Report was presented to Panel on 11 August 2022, where the Panel recommended that P425 should be approved.

The Assessment Report was presented to the BSC Panel on 14 July 2022. The Panel agreed with the Workgroup’s recommendations that P425 should be approved. 

The second Workgroup meeting was held on 17 June and the meeting documents can be found on the P425 Workgroup 2 webpage. This meeting considered the consultation responses and finalised the WG voting. 

Due to issues with gathering a quorate WG, an extension was granted by the Panel. 

The Industry Consultation was issued on 18 March 2022, with responses invited by 7 April 2022.

E.ON Energy Solutions Limited raised P425 on 6 October 2021.

The Panel considered the Initial Written Assessment at its meeting on 14 October 2021. The Panel agreed that P425 should progress to the Assessment Procedure.
