Further to ELEXON Circular EL02332 this communication provides Parties with an update on the actions we are taking to address the impact of a Half Hourly (HH) Data Aggregator (DA) Party Agent system issue that resulted in erroneous data being submitted to Settlement.

EL02333: Teleswitch Service Outage – 23 November 2015 Settlement Day [114.2 Kb] Issue Date: 24 November 2015

At 08.30 on Monday 23 November 2015, the Teleswitch Agent notified ELEXON that the Central Teleswitch Control Unit had suffered a major failure and had not been broadcasting messages since 00.37 on 22 November 2015. At 09.00 on 23 November 2015, the Teleswitch Agent notified ELEXON that the service had been restored.

We have issued a consultation on the value of Credit Assessment Price (CAP) on the Consultations page of our website. Parties are invited to consider a change to the value of the CAP to £42/MWh from its current level of £47/MWh.

EL02329: Planned BSC Agent downtime on BMRS: 21–22 November 2015 [111.4 Kb] Issue Date: 17 November 2015

There will be a planned downtime on the REMIT and Transparency pages of the Balancing Mechanism Reporting Service (BMRS) between 23:00 (GMT) Saturday 21 November and 07:00 (GMT) Sunday 22 November 2015.

EL02328: Ongoing issue with Settlement due to an error by a single Half Hourly Data Aggregator to a number of Suppliers [156.3 Kb] Issue Date: 16 November 2015

On Friday 13 November 2015, we issued ELEXON Circular EL02326. In the Circular, we advised you that a Half Hourly (HH) Data Aggregator (DA) Party Agent had submitted erroneous data. Following further analysis, we have identified an additional affected Settlement Day of 25 September 2015 with a Settlement Run of R1, with a Payment Date of 19 November 2015.

A version 7 S0142 Files page has been created on the ELEXON Portal under the ‘Operational Data’ section where Version 007 of the SAA-I014 ‘Settlement Report’ (all sub-flows) is published.
