At its November meeting, the BSC Panel considered the position of RMA Dorex UK Ltd (registered number 08783091) and sent an expulsion notice in accordance with Section A5 of the BSC for 11 December 2015.

Inaccurate meter data for a single Supplier has been entered into Settlement and is published in the Settlement Data for multiple Settlement Dates and Settlement Runs. The affected Settlement Dates and Run Types are listed in this Circular.

Following on from ELEXON Circulars EL02320 and EL02321 we can confirm that the Best View Prices now contain data up to 11 November 2015 and are available on the ELEXON Portal.

ELEXON Circular EL02320 summarised issues National Grid has been experiencing with the accurate and complete provision of Loss of Load Probability (LoLP) and De-rated Margin (DRM) data for Settlement Dates 5-9 November 2015. ELEXON has been working with National Grid to better understand the implications for the production of Imbalance Prices and Best View Prices.

EL02320: Inaccurate data published on BMRS and delays to publishing of Best View Price Reports [109.8 Kb] Issue Date: 10 November 2015

Following the implementation of the November 2015 Release, we have been experiencing issues with the accuracy and completeness of Loss of Load Probability (LoLP) and De-rated Margin (DRM) data provided to BSC Central Systems by National Grid.

The publication of Best View Prices on the ELEXON Portal has also been delayed by the incorrect LoLP data received.

EL02319: Planned BSC Agent downtime on BMRS: 14–15 November 2015 [111.5 Kb] Issue Date: 10 November 2015

There will be a planned downtime on the REMIT and Transparency pages of the Balancing Mechanism Reporting Service (BMRS) between 23:00 (GMT) Saturday 14 November and 07:00 (GMT) Sunday 15 November 2015.

National Grid have informed us that there will be a short planned downtime on MODIS (Market Operation Data Interface System) today, Monday 9 November 2015 between 15.00 (GMT) and 16.00 (GMT).

There will be planned downtime on the REMIT and Transparency pages on the Balancing Mechanism Reporting Service (BMRS) between 17.00 (GMT) and 18.00 (GMT) today, Friday 6 November 2015.

Following the successful implementation of the changes to the BSC Central Services for November 2015 Release (ELEXON Circular EL02315), National Grid informed us that it had experienced some problems with the provision of Loss of Load Probability (LoLP) and De-Rated Margin (DRM) data to our Balancing Mechanism Reporting Agent (BMRA) and Settlement Administration Agent (SAA) systems.
