ELEXON’s 2017 customer survey shows appreciation of our expertise and professionalism

Our Switched On! ELEXON customer survey, which is entirely confidential and anonymous and run by Researchcraft, an independent market research company is an important way of finding out exactly what our customers think of us, what we do well and where we need to improve.
We are proud to see another year of high scores across our services with particular appreciation shown for our expertise and professionalism, with 94% of the respondents saying our service has improved or stayed the same and what is important to them is our expertise and the quality and reliability of the services we deliver.
The results also showed that our smaller, newer customers, who made up 44% of those surveyed, would welcome more guidance and support from us.
We would like to thank everyone who took the time to participate and share their views. The results show that our customer base has been changing over the last few years and we have a broader, more diverse set of stakeholders, and it is important that we are adaptable and flexible in the service we provide all our customers. We have shared the results with the BSC Panel who congratulated us on the high scores.
We will review the results in more detail and identify areas where we can enhance the service we provide our customers, in particular the support we provide our smaller customers and companies who are newer to the market.
