Ofgem announces Significant Code Review Design Working Group membership: ELEXON confirmed to lead

In the market-wide Half-Hourly Settlement Significant Code Review (SCR) Launch Statement published in July, Ofgem set out their proposed model for the Design Working Group to develop the Target Operating Model and the governance structure intend to use for decision-making. This model proposes that ELEXON lead a Design Working Group to provide recommendations to the Ofgem Senior Responsible Owner for decision and an Ofgem-led Design Advisory Board.
The SCR Launch Statement also invited interested parties to apply to be a member of the Design Working Group by 1 September 2017.
After reviewing the applications submitted by stakeholders, Ofgem has confirmed the members of the Design Working Group. You can read further details on the group’s membership in the announcement made by Ofgem last week.
In their announcement, Ofgem stated ‘We look forward to working with ELEXON and the appointed Design Working Group members in the development of the Target Operating Model to deliver market-wide Half-Hourly Settlement.’
