Register now for our Annual BSC Meeting and Seminar

Our not-to-be missed Annual BSC Meeting and Seminar on 12 July is a unique opportunity to hear from three exceptional keynote speakers. Dan Monzani Director of Energy Security, Networks and Markets, BEIS, Lord Hutton, Chair of Energy UK and Victoria MacGregor, Citizens Advice’s Director of Energy will be discussing the latest key topics and challenges facing the industry. There will also be an opportunity to hear how ELEXON is supporting change and innovation to meet our customers’ new and increasing demands.

You will also have the opportunity to ask members of the ELEXON Board and the BSC Panel questions about our performance and service.

A full agenda for the meeting is available on the Annual BSC Meeting and Seminar page of our website.

Last year’s Annual BSC Meeting and Seminar, which included keynote addresses from Dermot Nolan, Ofgem’s CEO and Lawrence Slade, Energy UK’s CEO, proved very popular, so this year as we continue with similar high-calibre speakers, BSC Parties will be given priority to attend over non-BSC Parties. If you are unable to join us, and wish to send a deputy, please contact us as soon as possible.

Since the last Annual BSC Meeting, the following directors have been appointed to the ELEXON Ltd Board:

  • Anne Heal for a three year term starting from October 2017
  • Clare Duffy for a three year team starting from 1 November 2017

BSC Parties will be entitled to vote on these appointments in compliance with Section C, paragraph 4.1.9 of the BSC. Details of how to vote will be sent to Voting Parties. You can find more information on ELEXON’s Board on the About ELEXON page of our website.

If you’d like to attend the seminar for which there is no charge, or have a question for the ELEXON Board or BSC Panel, please email communications@elexon.co.uk by Friday 6 July 2017, indicating whether you would also like to attend the BSC Panel meeting on the morning of 12 July. Please note questions will be shared with all BSC Parties.
