Chris Alexander

Chris has seven years’ experience in policy and advocacy roles in the public and private sectors, including with the Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and the Chamber of Minerals and Energy of Western Australia. Prior to taking up his current role he was a climate change advisor at the Dampier Bunbury Pipeline (DBP) in Western Australia, managing compliance and external affairs activities associated with the national carbon pricing scheme.

Chris’ role as an Energy Policy Manager with Consumer Futures focuses on improving consumer outcomes through electricity and gas network policy. He is currently working on the RIIO-ED1 regulatory process and European network developments.
