Ryan’s Career history
Ryan serves as the Unmetered Supplies Team Leader for National Grid Electricity Distribution, covering all 4 GSP’s. Ryan leads a small team who have end to end responsibility of inventory management for NGED. His responsibilities include raising UMS MPANs & Connection Agreements as well as processing inventory updates to ensure their unmetered records are kept in line with the assets each customer is liable for.
In addition, Ryan monitors NGED & ICP connections to ensure the relevant information is provided and gained to ensure New Connections & Disconnections are captured, reported back to the customer and inventory records are accurately updated. Ryan main expertise is helping UMS Customers provide the information they need to help National Grid capture the usage of Unmetered Connections, which in turn ensures they pay for the energy they consume. Additionally he tries to help the customers gain the knowledge and information they require in regards to inventory maintenance to ensure the correct valid information is provided to ensure their energy calculations are correct.
