Victoria Moxham – Director of Customer Operations

I was appointed to the role of Director of Customer Operations in January 2020 and I have over 17 years of experience at ELEXON across a range of operational teams.

I began my ELEXON career as a Disputes Analyst, and was most recently responsible for the delivery of the Performance Assurance Framework, Panel Secretary and Committee Support functions. 

Previously, I was seconded to Consumer Focus (the predecessor of Citizens Advice) for a six month period, gaining insight into the industry from a customer perspective.
