- Registrant does not direct manual adjustments in authorised situations (e.g. Trading Disputes)
- Data Collector or Data Aggregator does not action request for manual adjustment (e.g. following Erroneous Transfer process)
- Manual adjustment volume is calculated incorrectly
- Manual adjustment applied or allocated incorrectly (e.g. adjustment applied to incorrect Registers)
