At its meeting on 27 April 2023, the Performance Assurance Board (PAB) approved the deployment of EFR for Settlement Risk 008; the risk that Supplier Volume Allocation (SVA) metered data is not processed or transferred correctly, or is not processed at all.

At its May 2022 meeting, the Performance Assurance Board (PAB) undertook a review of its approach to managing the Settlement Performance standard. The PAB has approved two changes to the Settlement Performance Standard.

From January 2022 a new Error and Failure Resolution approach for Risk 9 will be initiated.

The Performance Assurance Board (PAB) has agreed an approach to manage performance standard issues and the application of Error and Failure Resolution (EFR). 

The Performance Assurance Board committee agree the approach to monitoring the Supplier Half Hourly (HH) and Non-Half Hourly (NHH) Settlement performance standards and applying Error and Failure Resolution (EFR) on a quarterly basis.
