Issue 68

Formal title: Underestimation of Demand Capacity and Credit Cover Percentage

Issue 68 will look into Demand Capacity (DC) declarations for each Balancing Mechanism Unit (BMU), which are used, along with other parameters, to calculate the Credit Cover Percentage (CCP). The issue to be investigated is the under-requirement of Credit Cover and how to develop a solution to avoid inaccurate DC declarations which lead to this.

Progression

The Issue 68 workgroup met on 8 May 2017 and 16 June 2017. The Issue 68 Report was presented to the BSC Panel on 10 August 2017. This Issue is now closed.
