BSC Procedure 509 Appendix 1 relating to Market Domain Data Entity Change Request Forms

1. Reference is made to the Balancing and Settlement Code for the Electricity Industry in Great Britain and, in particular, to the definition of "BSC Procedure".

2. This is BSC Procedure 509 Version 22.0 relating to Market Domain Data Entity Change Request Forms.

3. This BSC Procedure is effective from 30 June 2016

4. This BSC Procedure has been approved by the Panel.

1 Scottish Day Type ID should only be completed where this is different to the Day Type ID and must be the same for both Scottish GSP Groups. The Valid Set for Scottish Day Type ID is the same as that for Day Type ID. The Scottish Day Type ID is not held in MDD.

2 A valid clock interval may not cover the end of a Settlement year. Where a Supplier desires a clock interval to cover a year end then it must be provided to the BSCCo in two parts e.g., 00:30–07:30 1 October to 30 April clock interval would be split in two parts e.g., part 1 00:30-07:30 1 October to 31 December and part 2 00:30-07:30 1 January to 30 April.

3 Changes relating to this entity shall be agreed with the relevant LDSO prior to making a formal submission.

4 Potentially there may be different effective dates for the Meter Timeswitch Class (MTC) within the Distribution Services Area e.g. Valid MTC and LLFC combination, valid MTC and SSC combination, and valid MTC, LLFC and SSC combination. If there are different effective dates, these should be noted on the form.

5 The Market Participant Role Code will always be “X” for those Suppliers who choose to implement Multiple BM Units.
