A Supplier of Last Resort (SoLR) is appointed to take over the customers of a Supplier if their Supply Licence has been revoked.
BSC defined definition
In relation to a BM Unit comprising or including premises of one or more Customers, the Trading Party to which a last resort direction is issued by the Authority in respect of those premises; has the meaning given to that term in Section K.7.1.1.
