Meeting room hire at Euston Road, London
We have a number of meeting rooms of various sizes on the 4th floor of our offices on Euston Road. These rooms are available for hire for industry meetings and events when the rooms are not being used for BSC purposes.
About the rooms
All of our rooms are finished to a high specification, provide AV solutions and flexibility for different furniture layouts. A welcoming Reception can be used by your visitors on the day of your meeting.

Planning your meeting
- Confirm the catering details, numbers and timings, by midday the day before your meeting
- Send a list of visitors you’re expecting. They will be issued with a security badge which they must wear whilst visiting the building. (By midday the day before your meeting)
- You will be sent Elexon’s Fire Safety and Evacuation procedures prior to your meeting taking place, as the meeting host you must inform attendees of these procedures.
Catering
We provide catering for your meeting and work with local suppliers to buy in fresh sandwiches and fruit for lunch. Refreshments of hot drinks, water and biscuits are provided as part of the room hire.
