Changes to SAA Settlement Report sub-flows 1, 2 and 4 (SAA I014)

The February 2023 Release planned go-live is 23 February 2023; this release includes changes to the SAA-I014 Settlement Administration Agent (SAA) Settlement Report sub-flows 1, 2 & 4. From 23 February 2023, all BSC Parties will receive Version 12 of the SAA-I014, sub-flow 1 or 4, as default and Version 10 of the SAA-I014 will no longer be available.

Remain on Version 11 until May 2023

If you wish to remain on Version 11 of the SAA-I014 sub-flow 1 or 4 for a limited period after go-live, then you should download and complete the form associated to BSCP41/01 – Changes to Individual Reporting Requirements form

Please submit the form to the BSC Service Desk by 16 February 2023.

Please note that this would need to confirm when you intend to move to Version 12.

Please note that National Grid ESO (NGESO) will continue to receive Version 11 for a period following go-live, so you will continue to receive Version 11 until such time that NGESO moves to Version 12.

De-commissioning Version 11, May 2023

From the 31 May 2023, Elexon will decommission the production of Version 11 of the SAA-I014 Sub Flows 1 and 4. This means that the only version available to BSC Parties will be Version 12 after this date.

Please ensure that your systems will be able to process Version 12 of the relevant SAA-I014 sub-flow(s) on 23 February 2023, unless you submit a completed BSCP41/1 form to stay on Version 11 at go-live for a limited period up to 31 May.
