2021 submission deadlines for Spring GC/DC values
The deadline for submitting your Generation and Demand Capacity (GC/DC) values for the Spring BSC Season is Friday 12 February 2021, if submitting via Elexon Kinnect. Alternatively, the deadline is Monday 15 February 2021, if submitting to the Central Registration Agent (CRA).

The Spring BSC Season begins on Monday 1 March 2021. Even if the values are identical to the last BSC Season you need to submit values for the new Season.
Submitting values via Elexon Kinnect
Category A Authorised Signatories, or customers who have been set up on the system by their company’s Category A Authorised Signatory, can now submit and manage their GC/DC values on the Elexon Kinnect Customer Solution.
Deadline for submission via Kinnect Customer Solution
The deadline for submitting GC/DC values via Elexon Kinnect is Friday 12 February 2021.
If you plan to submit your values after that date then follow the instructions in the ‘Submitting values to the CRA’ section below.
Submitting values to the CRA
If you are not set up on the Kinnect Customer Solution yet, you can submit values by using the BSCP15/4.3 – BM Unit Registration form. Simply:
- Complete the BSCP15/4.3 form and make sure it’s signed by a Category A or F Authorised Signatory (see BSCP38 ‘Authorisations’ for information on Signatories).
- Send the values to the Central Registration Agent (CRA) ([email protected]). Please ensure the values are consistent with the energy units (MW or MWh) for the relevant column of the form.

The deadline for submitting GC/DC values to the CRA is Monday 15 February 2021.
