Future of BSC Documents mini-consultation responses now available

The responses to the ‘Mini-consultation on the future of the SVA Data Catalogue, the User Requirements Specifications and BSC guidance documents’ have now been published.

We received 12 responses from a spectrum of industry, including Suppliers, Non Physical Traders, Distributors, Supplier Agents and generators. We thank participants for taking the time respond to this mini-consultation. 

What happens next?

We are assessing the responses and will work with the BSC Panel and relevant Committees to agree changes to these documents. We will be pragmatic, taking into account the amount of work needed for the solutions and the perceived value and priority for industry that has been provided in the consultation responses. This may include taking a phased approach and will require discussing any interactions with the Market Wide Half Hourly Settlement (MHHS) Programme.
