Take part in Elexon Kinnect Customer Solution user group

We are looking to form a user group for the Customer Solution in order to obtain input and feedback regarding  improvements that we could make to the platform. All Elexon Kinnect users are encouraged to sign up.

Background to Elexon Kinnect

On 27 January 2021, we launched the Elexon Kinnect Customer Solution – a self-service gateway for our customers to manage their Elexon accounts, including market entry and asset registration.

All category A Authorised Signatories should now have access to the Customer Solution, and they can also set up accounts for other people at their company.

We welcome all suggestions for further development as listening to our customers is a priority for Elexon.

We expect the first meeting to be held in the week commencing 8 March 2021.
