Signup to a workgroup for a BSC Modification or Issue

Please complete and submit the form below, ensuring that you have answered all required fields. You will receive a confirmation email once submitted.

All members and attendees are added to the mailing list, which we use to send round agendas, slides, notes and working level updates about the change. Any formal notifications about changes, such as consultations and decisions are sent via our main BSC Change mailing list, you can sign-up via our Subscription page.

In order to sign up as a new voting member, we require an Agreement letter from your employer. Please provide the email address of your employer, who will receive an automated email to approve digitally. You only need to do this once, following which you be on our standing list of experts and eligible to participate as a voting member in future workgroups.
