Elexon’s response to Ofgem’s consultation on a potential further review of industry code governance

Who will this impact?

Ofgem reviewed industry code governance in 2010 and  2013. However, with the anticipated scale of change required in the coming years, Ofgem has concerns that the arrangements may not be operating in the best interests of consumers. Ofgem believes it is timely to review the reforms it previously implemented and potentially introduce further reforms.
