This consultation invites potential Data Integration Platform (DIP) users and other interested parties to provide their views on the proposed framework for the enduring governance, funding and operation of the Data Integration Platform (DIP).

The DIP framework will impact future DIP Users, Code Bodies and Ofgem.
What is proposed?
The DIP is a vital technical component of the transition to Market-wide Half Hourly Settlement (MHHS) that will be used to share consumption information from consumers’ smart meters. Ofgem have tasked Elexon with proposing the future governance arrangements for the DIP.
Elexon is seeking wider industry feedback on the proposed framework and Business Requirements, which have been developed as part of Issue 101.
