Review of D0215 ‘Provision of Site Technical Details’ and surrounding processes

DCP0014 details the review of the D0215 ‘Provision of Site Technical Details’ and surrounding processes. The solution identifies two areas of the D0215 review that is seeking support to progress to a CP.

The first proposed outcome of the D0215 review, is to add a new process to BSCP515 to cover the Change of Meter Operator Agent (CoMOA) scenario so that an incoming MOA can send a D170 to the LDSO after their appointment date, which will help incoming MOAs gain a fuller picture of the metering installation.

The second proposed out come of the D0215 review, is to add a new process to BSCP515 to cover updates to the LDSO systems such that these events will trigger LDSO systems to send an unsolicited D0215 to the relevant MOA and Supplier. A related process step will also need to be added to BSCP514 so that unsolicited D0215s can be accepted by the MOA systems. Suppliers will also need to make changes to their systems to receive these unsolicited flows.
