IT Notices: Planned downtime required for Infrastructure Maintenance
What is happening?
There will be a period of planned downtime on the Kinnect Customer Solution application from 18:00 (BST) to 19:00 (BST) on Thursday 27 May 2021. This is required for infrastructure maintenance.
How will I be impacted?
During the period of planned downtime, the Kinnect Customer Solution application will be unavailable to users.
What do I need to do?
You do not need to take any specific action and we will perform system checks following completion of the work.
