IT Notice: Planned downtime required for Supplier Volume Allocation Agent (SVAA) application
What is happening
There will be a period of planned downtime on the Supplier Volume Allocation Agent (SVAA) application from 18:30 (GMT) to 19:30 (GMT) on Tuesday 15 February 2022. This is required for essential system maintenance.
How will I be impacted?
During the period of planned maintenance, the Performance Assurance Reporting and Monitoring System (PARMS) pages on the Elexon Portal will be unavailable.
What do I need to do?
You do not need to take any specific action and we will perform system checks following completion of the work.
