David’s Career history
Power Data Associates is the leading Meter Administrator, a BSC supplier agent role in the unmetered sector. David has served on the Unmetered Supplies User Group since 2022, he also serves on the Manchester region committee of the Institution of Lighting Professionals (ILP) as VP representative for Government & Policy. David is a Fellow of the ILP and an Incorporated Engineer.
He has over 40 years of experience in the highways sector, specialising in street lighting, traffic signals and unmetered supplies. His experience was gained from employment in Local Government and private sectors, with roles including; Electrician, Engineer, Senior Engineer and Team Leader of a multi-discipline highways team. Throughout his career he has installed, maintained, designed and managed unmetered equipment.
