My role is as a BSC Change Manager and I am responsible for looking after a team of Change Analysts and delivering on our change portfolio.

Role at Elexon

I joined the BSC Change Team in August 2023 as a Change Manager following a background in policy and strategy. My role is as a BSC Manager within the Rules Management team, responsible for progressing BSC Changes, Modifications and Issues. I am responsible for looking after a team of Change Analysts and delivering on our change portfolio.

Experience within the industry

I joined Elexon following six years at the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero. During my time at the department, I developed policy experience and expertise in carbon markets working on the EU Emissions Trading Scheme and international programmes such as the Carbon Offsetting & Reduction Scheme for International Aviation, representing the UK in UN fora.

My last role was focusing on strategy for delivering the Review of Electricity Market Arrangements helping me gain a deep understanding of the upcoming challenges for the energy sector.
