Sue Kinsella
Sue is the Vice Chair of the ADEPT street lighting working group and her attendance at the Unmetered Supplies User Group is to represent Lighting Authorities from across the UK who are members of ADEPT. Sue has served on the UMSUG since 2018 and brings lighting knowledge and expertise from her full time role as Street Light Asset Manager for Kent County Council.
