Tym’s Career History
Tym serves as a Qualified Meter Administrator since 2013 and a big achievement of his is being the Author of the Lailoken system which was used by every Meter Administrator.
Tym also serves on the Unmetered Supplies User Group and HMMS FTIP. He is a member of the Institution of Analysis and Programmers and member of the Charted Institute for IT. Tym has been providing software and services to the UMS sector since 2001 and has also designed the Lailoken EM system which replaced LAMP and FLARE throughout the UK.
Tym has an intrinsic knowledge and understanding of how the HH settlement process works, and the necessary interactions of all the parties concerned. In addition, he has extensive experience in the communication with PECU arrays and the processing of the data they hold. Tym also co-designed the standard now adopted for the implementation of CMS into settlements.
