Summary
At present, the CDCD functionality in the NHHDA software will produce an E03 exception if an Annualised Advance (AA) is received from either a non-appointed NHHDC or whilst the NHHDA concerned is not appointed to the Metering System. The same is true if an EAC is received, although in this case and E04 exception will be produced instead.
