Section 3 of the NHH Instruction Processing Specification explains Relevant Relationship, Relevant Relationship Change and Significant Date. Section 3. 1. 3 includes a number of examples of the Significant Date (using line diagrams representing the dates of Relevant Relationship Changes). Some of these diagrams are wrong.
