Summary
Elexon proposes a number of changes to provide further clarification and/or resolve operational issues related to Unmetered Supplies (UMS) registered in the Supplier Meter Registration Service (SMRS). This Change Proposal is intended to address all these issues together.

CP1368 was raised and issued for industry impact assessment via CPC00709 on 2 March 2012, with responses due back on 29 March 2012. CP1368 was endorsed by PAB at its meeting on 26 April 2012, and approved by SVG at its meeting on 6 June 2012 and by ISG at its meeting on 26 June 2012 for inclusion in the November 2012 Release.
