EL01913: Supplier Volume Allocation Agent (SVAA) Daily Profile Production (DPP) Reports Issue [96.8 Kb] Issue Date: 20 September 2011

On Friday 16 September 2011 the SVAA did not send the DPP Reports to Suppliers and NHHDCs for Settlement Date 15 September 2011.

The SVAA will generate the missing DPP Reports today and send these to the Suppliers and NHHDCs by 15:00.

EL01912: Increase in the Credit Assessment Price (CAP) to £59/MWh effective from Wednesday 12 October 2011 [96.6 Kb] Issue Date: 14 September 2011

Following consultation with Trading Parties, the Credit Committee has determined that the Credit Assessment Price (CAP) will be increased to £59/MWh, effective from Wednesday 12 October 2011.

EL01909: Update on MA Energy Limited Default (Company Number 06541758) [77.3 Kb] Issue Date: 6 September 2011

On 14 July 2011 the BSC Panel determined that, subject to continued compliance with payment obligations, MA Energy would no longer be in Default of the BSC with effect from 1 September 2011. All Section H resolutions in force, including expulsion from the BSC, shall be lifted from that date.
This Circular confirms that MA Energy has met the payment obligations, is no longer in Default of the BSC and the expulsion process has been lifted.
