ELEXON Circular EL01995 advised you that there will be a further planned BSC Agent downtime for the BSC Central Services between 22:57hrs GMT on Sunday 20 January 2013 and 09:15hrs GMT on Monday 21 January 2013 and in particular that BSC Parties should submit Contract Notifications for Settlement Period 46 on Sunday 20 January to Settlement Period 20 on Monday 21 January 2013.

EL01991: Teleswitch System Outage and Unusual Switching Patterns [47.9 Kb] Issue Date: 4 December 2012

On 2 December 2012 there was an issue with the Central Teleswitch Control Unit (CTCU) that caused a Teleswitch system outage. ELEXON was notified of the issue, believed to be a communications problem, on 3 December 2012. The CTCU stand-by system is being used until the issue is resolved, when the service will switch back to the ‘Main’ system. There is further information in the Circular.
