Submission of Generation and Demand Capacity (GC/DC) for the Spring 2024 BSC Season
The Spring BSC Season begins on 1 March 2024. The deadline for submitting your GC and DC values for the Season is 15 February 2024.
Even if the values are identical to the last BSC Season you need to submit values for the new Season.
How can I submit my GC/DC values?
Since the launch of the Elexon Kinnect Customer Solution, Category A Authorised Signatories, or customers who have been set up on the system by their company’s Category A Authorised Signatory, can now submit and manage their GC/DC values on the platform, via the Manage QMijs screen.
If you already have access to the Elexon Kinnect Customer Solution then you will have your own access link that you can use.
If you would like to have access to the Elexon Kinnect Customer Solution, please contact the Category A Authorised Signatory within your organisation, who will be able to grant you access via the platform or alternatively by completing a BSCP38/5.1 Form.
Alternatively, you can submit values using Form BSCP15/4.3 signed by a Category A or F Authorised Signatory (see BSCP38 ‘Authorisations’ for information on Signatories).
You need to send the values to the Central Registration Agent (CRA) no later than Thursday 15 February 2024.
Please ensure the values are consistent with the energy units (MW or MWh) for the relevant column of the form.
