Summary
Section 4. 1. 1 of BSCP75 states that although the CDCA has prime responsibility for determining the Aggregation Rules for GSP Group Takes, he will fulfil this obligation by requesting PDSOs to submit Aggregation Rules for GSP Group Take for their Authorised Area and the PDSOs shall comply with any such request.
Form BSCP75 / 4. 2 is the form which Parties have to use to submit Aggregation Rules to the CDCA However, there are no boxes to allow the identification of the GSP Group to which the Aggregation Rules apply.
