Summary
Changes to improve the operability of the Data Marshalling application: * Validation added to the Environments Maintenance screen to ensure that polled environments have a specified Bad Data Directory. * Correction to a defect in the order of precedence of the Outgoing Routing Instructions. * Amendment to the start-up and stop scripts to reset database flags after a crash to enable successful restart. * Enhancement to enable incoming files with invalid test flags to be handled without halting Data Marshalling.
* Amendment for Data Marshalling to record the Run Type Code of the P0182 file, enabling the run that created it to be identified, and bringing it in line with other file types
