Summary

BSCP65 “Registration of Parties and Exit Procedures” documents the processes for BSC Parties who accede/de-accede from the Balancing and Settlement Code (the Code). There are a number of areas where interactions with the Funds Administration Agent (FAA) are not specified or are specified incorrectly.
There is currently an operational activity whereby the FAA is notified by Elexon that a party has acceded. This CP proposes to implement this activity formally within BSCP65.
